They hire subcontractors. They do a bad job. Left sealant, and trash everywhere. Sidewalks, car and all dow the sides of my house. Left my roof sloppy and not fully sealed. Was told that they would come repair the mess but nothing was done. Would not recommend. They take advantage of women and elders.

Cobex did an absolutely fantastic job with my home! They took a nightmare and made it into a dream-come-true. They did a beautiful job the only problem I had was they left the gate open when they left and my dog was tied in the backyard and she could have got out cuz she gets off her leash sometimes. And they left a lot of Staples those big metal Staples all over the place that I had to pick up so my dog wouldn't step on him or chew on him or my granddaughter wouldn't step on him. Other than that pretty good.
Great job and I love my new roof. The roof was installed on schedule and passed all the inspections. The crew finished in 4 days.

After the completion of my asphalt roofing, I would like the recommend the services of COBEX Construction Group. Once I meet with Daniel and he discussed in detail what needed to be completed to put my roof in top top shape.I liked the pictures of the current condition and he gave me the feeling that COBEX wanted to do the job I needed. The proposal and agreement were very detailed and established exactly what was to be completed.Once I was contacted to schedule the job, COBEX people were there on time and completed the work needed for that day. As will happen, several issues occurred during the four days it took to complete the replacement, but the main office and the entire staff were very helpful in resolving these issues to everyone’s satisfaction. The clean-up was fine and they took all the trash with them.All the staff and workmen were on-time, on-schedule and seemed very concerned about doing a fine job. We first had Cobex do our gutters last October. They had the size and the color we wanted. Their staff was friendly and did a beautiful job. We were so happy with the gutters that we had them come back and do our roof. We went with the Owen's Corning Duration Cool with the 50 year warranty. Yeah, the roof will out live us , but the extras that came with it were worth it. Once again their staff was professional and hard working. Some contractors are overly impressed with the quality of their work and the price reflects that. I appreciate the quality of work that was done on my house. And by shopping around a little bit, I was able to get twice much work done I would’ve gotten from more from more well-known companies. It’s the $’s I saved that rated five stars.

Called for a quote because of home insurance company saying my roof was bad and it needed replacing. Eddie G came out and really thought that my roof didn’t need a full replacement. Instead I went with a full roof inspection and I submitted it to my insurance company and it canceled my repair. They could have given me the estimate and I would have not known, but there were honest and felt that replacing my roof is waste of my money. They really looked out for me. If I do need a roof replacement. I’m going with Cobex.

Fast, professional and courteous! Cobex crews did an awesome job re-roofing our home. It was an extensive job as the roof was in very bad condition. From the demolition crew to the gutter installers, this process went like clockwork. I was informed every step of the way and that was important to me. Plus they were all very empathetic and kind about my needs as a double amputee and use a wheelchair. I loved the job they did and would highly recommend their company!

What I thought would be a painful process turned out to be a pleasure! Junior came up and examined the roof. Then he took us through the whole process they use to replace it. He is extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with him and his company I did not get other quotes.The crew came on time and worked hard all day. They were able to finish the roof in two days. It looks beautiful now and we do not have t o worry about it any more.I highly recommend Cobex Roofing to anyone needing a new roof or even repairs to an existing one. it was so nice working with people who are competent and were very respectful of the property. I had a good experience with Cobex. My low-sloped roof had an old tar and gravel sheet covering that began to leak. I called many roofing companies and Cobex was the first to be able to come out. Several told me they don't work on low-sloped roofs.The Cobex consultant was very professional and suggested a great solution in a silicone layer that could be rolled on top of the existing roof at a relatively low cost. The only other roofer who I was able to get to come out was unfamiliar with this option and just offered to replace it with a new tar and gravel sheet roof, which would have been more expensive and also can only be done in warm weather, whereas it was winter at the time. Everything I read in my research indicated that the silicone was a much better solution in every way (cost, durability, etc.), so I was very happy that Cobex offered this option.It took a while to get the job done because they had a backlog of projects in their queue and it was winter, and the roof has to be dry to apply the silicone. But they were consistent with their projected timeline. There was an issue that emerged with how to apply the silicone under my solar panels. They initially thought they could just clean the roof and roll the silicone under the panels without removing them, but the workers decided there wasn't enough space. Fortunately although I have a power purchase agreement with SunRun and thus don't own one set of my solar panels, Cobex is certified with SunRun, and so they were able to remove the panels without voiding the warranty or any other problems.The workers didn't speak much English (they were Russian), so that was a little inconvenient, but they just went about their work and I didn't have to talk to them much. After the job was done a Cobex inspector came out, and then called the workers back to seal around my HVAC system a little better, so I appreciate the thoroughness of their work there.All in all it was a good experience, very professional employees who generally communicated with me well and offered the best roofing solution, and they also offered good financing options. I definitely recommend Cobex.
