I want to start by saying I manage retail sales, so I understand what goes into making a deal happen.Eddy G. is a class act, he went above and beyond! Not only making sure that I understood everything the company stood for, but also step-by-step processes and time frames for when things should be completed.He truly believes in what the company does, and follows their core values.I would do business again just to deal with Eddy.The reason I left only 4 stars, was the communication AFTER the deal closed.I paid a premium price for high quality service, product, and warranty.The day that the tear off crew were scheduled to arrive, I took a half day off work to be here.Arrival time was set for 7AM - 10AM.At 9, I messaged Eddy, who called the manager and said time frame was accurate and they were running behind.I waited a little longer and had to head to work for a meeting at 9:45.I came back home and at 10:21 I asked for another update. Eddy said Noel apologized and should have messaged me with an update, now estimated between 10am - 1pm.At 2:40PM, I called Eddy, he said he apologized profusely, they will be there within the hour. (Again, this is nothing on Eddy, he did nothing wrong, I just trusted him.)At 4:32PM, I received an update that it was too late in the day to start tear off, and to "avoid delays" they will be there first thing the next morning.To avoid all the other details and not make this longer than needed, I was disappointed with the lack of communication AFTER the deal was signed. I was told they would "make it up to me" with no communication of how??I also received a call after the tear off was completed that I may need more than the included 2 sheets of plywood for the dry rot repair. I had to inform the superintendent that I already paid for an additional 3 sheets, and it should be in the contract. He proceeded to read the contract further and confirmed my statement.Thank you, Eddy, for being great through the whole thing. There was another guy, Andre, that updated us everyday he left. He was also very nice and took pride in his job.Thank you Cobex, for a great looking roof. No more leaks!!
