Project Consultant

(Sales)

Cobex Construction Group is currently looking for seasoned In-Home Sales Representatives. The In Home consultant is a pivotal position in our company, without the consultant, money doesn't flow into the company. Without money, the company won't be able to operate.

The Consultant must be Willing to Attend our Product and Sales training sessions. You will use your product expertise in home improvements to help our customers, and provide in home consultations and quotes. provide the best solution for every unique client you come across. You must be able to build long lasting healthy relationships with our clients, and be willing to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction. Home improvement Sales experience is Required along with a healthy amount of commitment.

You will be a commission only employee. Experience Required.

Events Team

You are the beating heart of the company. A company without any new leads will die.

Our Solution is hosting events at fairs, home shows or any other shows and events going on. As a part of our events team you will be working events and be required to speak to everyone walking by and getting interested clients to commit to appointments or getting their contact information. This is a great opportunity to grow your communication and sales skills, skills that are required in every industry. You will need to be very self motivated and mature in managing yourself. You will be expected to work weekends and help set up and break down events.

Your compensation will be hourly and bonus commission. Experience Preferred.

Project Manager

There are two sides to the company, The Sales and Marketing department, and equally if not more important, the production side. Production in Cobex is completed with in house crews and captured sub contractors (Contractors that do work uniquely for Cobex). The manager is responsible to make sure that all the workers are doing their jobs promptly and effectively.

In order to make sure that production goes smoothly, we require people that have experience in construction project management. You will be required to pull permits, order materials, be onsite representing Cobex and building strong relationships with our clients, and making sure everything gets installed correctly and smoothly.

Your compensation will be dependent on experience, either hourly or salary. Experience Required.

Canvassing Team

Similar to being apart of the Events team, your responsibility is to get leads for the company to live off of.

You will be expected to go door-to-door and set appointments for consultants to run and sell. This is a great opportunity to grow your communication and sales skills, skills that are required in every industry. You will need to be very self motivated and mature in managing yourself. You will be expected to work some weekends and help set up and break down events.

Your compensation will be hourly and bonus commission. Experience Preferred.
