Junior was very responsive, he came out the next day and met with us surveyed our roof and while on the visit gave us an amazing quote for a roof with a 50 year warranty.His crew was great, they did the tear off in one day and cleaned up and hauled off all debris.The installer showed up next day, completed half the roof in one day returned the next day and completed the roof.They were very neat and cleaned up each day.I highly recommend Cobex to anyone needing to replace their roof.These guys are awesome!

Everything was very professional they came out within 1 day and assessed what needed to be done and I got an estimate that same day and within 2 weeks the roof was going on our house and finished after 3 days of work. Quality of work I believe is very good. The actual workers on the job were very courteous and performed their jobs well, although most of the time during the job on site there was no one who spoke English well enough for us to confidently communicate. The person who came to do the estimate, explained the process very well and convinced me their product was worth paying more for. As for the rest of the process, I believe management needs to work on their communication skills with the customer. I often did not know what to expect or when to expect certain milestones. They (management) seemed somewhat disconnected at times. All in all, I am happy with the new roof, but will reserve final judgement on that until we have some winter weather to test it.

Outstanding experience and awesome job. I worked with Mike and his team at Cobex and they were fantastic. They were able to finish my roof in just over 2 days and I had about 5000sqft and very steep ridges, not an easy task. Roofs are expensive, but I love the 50 year warranty, Not only materials but labor as well., and it's even transferable once. They actually came in the lowest bid but did a fantastic job. Vazgen is a solid businessman and stands by his word at every step. While we had difficulties with Cobex, the roofing portion of the company was not the issue. I called Cobex I needed a new roof on my house and my shed also I wanted to replace my 25 year old A/C unit. Mickey came out and explained everything to us in detail. We also have solar on our roof so we needed that taken off before work could start. Long story short Cobex did everything for us. They came and took the solar off so the tear off crew could do there job. The crew that came out and stripped the old roof did it fast and cleaned up everything. The crew that put on the new roof kept me informed on what was happening and answered all my questions if they didn’t know the answer they had it for me the next day. The A/C guys did a great job as well very helpful. All in all Cobex did a great job for us and did everything we asked in keeping the gate closed so our dogs could go outside and have to worry something might happen to them. Wether it be a brother handling the coating, a father installing kitchens, a father managing the painting or a the wife doing the accounting. At the end of the day, everyone that works at Cobex is considered family. Cobex is proud to have the unique position of supporting our local Sacramento community and all the families involved.

Is Quality Guaranteed?

Of course!

Our team try’s its best to give you the best experience possible. “Do It Once. Do It Right” was chosen as our motto for a reason. There are production managers in place to ensure all the projects get installed with as little resistance and problems as possible. However at the end of the day not everyone is perfect and for any reason something isn’t satisfying, we will investigate your concerns and help you as much as we can.

Estimates are free for 99% of our products and services . The only times a fee would be charged is for consulting and providing the plans on a room addition or for a custom home. Also for any estimates that are further away and outside of our usual 50 mile radius.
