Just had my roof done by Cobex CG out of Granite Bay and wanted to leave a review because they genuinely earned it. Shopped around quite a bit before pulling the trigger — these guys offered the best warranty, solid financing, and the quality of the install was excellent. You can tell they take pride in the work. If you're in the area and need a roof, don't overthink it.

They weren’t upset, impatient or crude. Two ridge caps came off my 4 year old roof. I called about it, and within a couple hours they came out and replaced the whole ridge with new ridge caps. They sent a very likable, courteous and helpful guy who got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even corrected an additional problem I had with rain water dripping down off my roof right in the midst of my steps out of my kitchen door.This was done free of charge under my 10 year warranty.I’m very pleased with their customer service. Couldn’t be better.

Eddie went over the roof inspection with great details and photos, he even brought the material being used and showed a mini presentation of the area of where work needed to be completed and how they would proceed with the repair. Norberto and Lucas were very helpful and diligent in assisting and giving guidance when it came to financing. Cobex worked quickly and was able to get the job done within a week upon starting within the holidays, very much appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

Our add on has a flat food that was past its prime. They were the first to come out and give me an estimate. After 3 more estimates we went with Cobex. I’m very happy with the workmanship and price. Definitely highly recommend.

He was involved and checked in on us through out the process and worked on a competitive price.This review would be incomplete without mentioning the Project Manager (Mike - Mykhailo Tkachyshyn) who was fully involved during the process, made sure all elements and dissatisfaction were handled with care and to our satisfaction. He listened to us and made sure any changes requested were done, instead of ignoring them or talking us out of it. He made sure we were fully satisfied with the job. The crew did a nice job of removing and replacing my roof. They cleaned up and removed the old material. I was pleased with the speed and quality of the work.

Jason did an excellent job of explaining their process for installing a new roof. He very patiently worked with us. Olga was great too. I had to arrange financing which took longer than expected. As soon as I notified her that everything was a go on my end she scheduled us for the next week; I was very pleased. The crew doing the work got to business and completed the job within a long day for them.. They did a great job of cleaning up all nails and debris. Nate came out and inspected to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up. Overall we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend them.

Roof leaked through. Called them to come replace the roof. Not only did they take the time to replace the roof, but found and removed a second roof under it. They were very professional and thorough. They explained what they saw as they went.

They gave a fair price and were able to fit me in right away. They were clean, professional, and timely. I will definitely use them again.
