We had a serious roof leak that quickly became an emergency. Water was spreading through our ceiling and began forming a visible pocket inside, which was extremely concerning for our home and our family’s safety. After calling several companies, Cobex Construction Group was the only one who truly treated our situation with urgency. Two ridge caps came off my 4 year old roof. I called about it, and within a couple hours they came out and replaced the whole ridge with new ridge caps. They sent a very likable, courteous and helpful guy who got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even corrected an additional problem I had with rain water dripping down off my roof right in the midst of my steps out of my kitchen door.This was done free of charge under my 10 year warranty.I’m very pleased with their customer service. Jason did an excellent job of explaining their process for installing a new roof. He very patiently worked with us. Olga was great too. I had to arrange financing which took longer than expected. As soon as I notified her that everything was a go on my end she scheduled us for the next week; I was very pleased. The crew doing the work got to business and completed the job within a long day for them.. They did a great job of cleaning up all nails and debris. Nate came out and inspected to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up. Overall we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend them.
