The first sign that Cobex was a high-end company was that when I sent an online email through their website, it was almost immediately answered - very uncommon. The next was a free estimate by a very professional and knowledgeable individual. They said up front that they would not be the lowest price. They weren't, but then I've used lowest bidders in the past and usually pay more over time. The material, workmanship and timeliness (let along available financing) was well beyond what I have historically experienced with contractors in general. I previously had a cement tile roof that had to be removed. That was also completed seemlessly which would have likely been far more challenging for a smaller firm. I highly recommend Cobex as at least one firm to get a roofing estimate. The staff is excellent from the original contact to the estimator to the supervisor on the job (and the workers as well).

Everyone I encountered from this company was great to work with! When the weather turned too sour for my liking on install day, they were great to reschedule to another day. Then when they did come out to great down and install, they were done by midafternoon! I couldn't believe how fast the install crew was and the roof looks amazing!!!

Cobex had to remove my solar panels as we had our old shingles removed and replaced. The crews worked very hard and the results were very good. The came back a day later and reinstalled the solar system. All the dry rot plywood was replaced as well. They use high quality Rino underlayment which is the best you can buy.

I am the owner of angel arms learning center in carmichael ca . The building of my preschool had a 60 years old roof and was in need of repairs desperately. We called cobex and set up an appointment in the beginning of Dec 2024.A young Gentleman name Thomas came and met with me at the school . I was impressed by his level of knowledge and compassion he had for the children at the preschool and the condition of our roof that was patched up for last several years and there was no way for us to repair it .He helped so much with every step from choosing the material and financing .I came to know him as a very quality individual and spent several hours talking to him about all the options and he was in touch with me daily regarding the financing and all the aspect of the project. Even though our school is closed for last week of dec and that was the only time we are allowed to work on the building unfortunately we had 5 days of rain during that week . I was amazed at number of crew they put to work to finish our roof during two and half days window of good weather.I was impressed with every single person I met on the site . COBEX CONSTRUCTION GROUP, This company I highly recommend. I had to finally replace two roofs on my 1977 home, the pitch roof and the flat roof. Mike, Alexander and Luis. Luis managed and installed with his fellow Cobex my flat and pitched roof. All of them I found were respectful, on time everyday, and thoroughy cleaned up my property. During the installation some wood rot was discovered. And surprise, the pitch roof had two layers of Shingles placed from the previous owner which of course had to be removed. These issues required an update work order change, which added more money to the original contract.The county inspector came out and said both roofs were replaced with the top, best quality materials, and skill.Two days before Christmas, Alexander came over and finished up the underside soffits of the pitched roof so that the protruding nails (required by county code) were not visible. He then painted the sofits.So much more esthetically pleasing.Additionally, Alexander called before he came to make sure he could access the side gate to get to the pitch roof sofit on that side. I advised the gate is tricky to open and close. However, he was able to open the gate to finish the soffit. Then to my complete surprise, he then repaired and put a new latch on the gate, and now it opens and closes easily. He then proceeded to paint the gate so that it matched the rest of the fence. I was not expecting my annoying gate to be fixed. That was service above and beyond!!!. Thank you so very much Alexander.Also, I decided to add a change to the work order when the roof was completed. That change will now include two Verlux skylights, for my two bathrooms. They have been ordered by Cobex and they will soon be installed.I thank Cobex and all their employees who worked diligently from the sales point which Eddie thoroughly and patiently explained to the successful installation of my to roof replacement. They were so available to me, answering all my questions.Merry Christmas to all the employees at Cobex

From our first encounter with Stan, to manage our estimate/project. To the very last final inspection. Cobex staff was so professional and knowledgeable. They did a great job our roof is amazing. The guys installed in the summer hot temps. They did the job so efficiently. Because they are so fast and thorough we had our new roof within 3 days! I asked the final inspector if he was happy he said yes! They all looked like happy employees. In my opinion, happy staff means a great employer so what more could we ask for!? I want to start by saying I manage retail sales, so I understand what goes into making a deal happen.Eddy G. is a class act, he went above and beyond! Not only making sure that I understood everything the company stood for, but also step-by-step processes and time frames for when things should be completed.He truly believes in what the company does, and follows their core values.I would do business again just to deal with Eddy.The reason I left only 4 stars, was the communication AFTER the deal closed.I paid a premium price for high quality service, product, and warranty.The day that the tear off crew were scheduled to arrive, I took a half day off work to be here.Arrival time was set for 7AM - 10AM.At 9, I messaged Eddy, who called the manager and said time frame was accurate and they were running behind.I waited a little longer and had to head to work for a meeting at 9:45.I came back home and at 10:21 I asked for another update. Eddy said Noel apologized and should have messaged me with an update, now estimated between 10am - 1pm.At 2:40PM, I called Eddy, he said he apologized profusely, they will be there within the hour. (Again, this is nothing on Eddy, he did nothing wrong, I just trusted him.)At 4:32PM, I received an update that it was too late in the day to start tear off, and to "avoid delays" they will be there first thing the next morning.To avoid all the other details and not make this longer than needed, I was disappointed with the lack of communication AFTER the deal was signed. I was told they would "make it up to me" with no communication of how??I also received a call after the tear off was completed that I may need more than the included 2 sheets of plywood for the dry rot repair. I had to inform the superintendent that I already paid for an additional 3 sheets, and it should be in the contract. He proceeded to read the contract further and confirmed my statement.Thank you, Eddy, for being great through the whole thing. There was another guy, Andre, that updated us everyday he left. He was also very nice and took pride in his job.Thank you Cobex, for a great looking roof. No more leaks!!

From the time Stan came to give us the rundown on the cost and procedures of getting a new roof it was a pleasant experience. I was urged to get other bids and Cobex turned out to be the best overall, even better than the local company that was voted best in our city. The products are quality and our roof now looks so great but moreover I know we are protected from leaks for a very very long time. Both the tear off crew and the roofing crew were very professional and seemed to care quite a bit about our comfort level during both procedures. They always let us know when they would be leaving and when they would return and what they were going to do that day. I would definitely recommend them. A plus is the financing as well. We had hoped insurance would come through but when it didn’t we were still able to get our roof through their finance program. Overall a great company with wonderful employees.

I hired Cobex Roofing to replace my roof on my manufactured home. My point person was Junior. He was awesome and professional. Extremely friendly and attentive. The crews were unbelievably fast, professional, courteous, and friendly. They worked consistently and steady and got my complete roof done in two days. I highly recommend Cobex Roofing. We had two sections of flat roof that were 36 years old and definitely needed to be replaced. Cobex came out and recommended an overlay and gave us a quote. They arrived on site at the scheduled date and did an excellent job. Would recommend them.

My insurance company was going to cancel my insurance because of moss and granule loss, I called a number of roofing contractors and received quotes. Cobex was the last company I called and as it turns out should have been the first and last company I called. Junior was very responsive, he came out the next day and met with us surveyed our roof and while on the visit gave us an amazing quote for a roof with a 50 year warranty.His crew was great, they did the tear off in one day and cleaned up and hauled off all debris.The installer showed up next day, completed half the roof in one day returned the next day and completed the roof.They were very neat and cleaned up each day.I highly recommend Cobex to anyone needing to replace their roof.These guys are awesome!

Everything was very professional they came out within 1 day and assessed what needed to be done and I got an estimate that same day and within 2 weeks the roof was going on our house and finished after 3 days of work. We wanted to replace the windows in our home. A salesman came out explained the procedure and gave us a quote. After we agreed to the estimate the remainder of the process was smooth and the windows look great!

Quality of work I believe is very good. The actual workers on the job were very courteous and performed their jobs well, although most of the time during the job on site there was no one who spoke English well enough for us to confidently communicate. The person who came to do the estimate, explained the process very well and convinced me their product was worth paying more for. As for the rest of the process, I believe management needs to work on their communication skills with the customer. I often did not know what to expect or when to expect certain milestones. They (management) seemed somewhat disconnected at times. All in all, I am happy with the new roof, but will reserve final judgement on that until we have some winter weather to test it.

They are very well organized and get the job done quick. Also leaves the job clean! I already recommend them to a friend that did her roofing also. Great experience and very good job!

Outstanding experience and awesome job. I worked with Mike and his team at Cobex and they were fantastic. They were able to finish my roof in just over 2 days and I had about 5000sqft and very steep ridges, not an easy task. Roofs are expensive, but I love the 50 year warranty, Not only materials but labor as well., and it's even transferable once. They actually came in the lowest bid but did a fantastic job.
