This was a replacement roof on a 25 year old house. Junior was an awesome salesman and left us so confident that I did not get a second bid. I explained that we were under a bit of a time-crunch and he had a quote back to us in a couple of days. We were sold and 2 weeks later a big crew showed up and knocked out the job in only 3 days. They hire subcontractors. They do a bad job. Left sealant, and trash everywhere. Sidewalks, car and all dow the sides of my house. Left my roof sloppy and not fully sealed. Was told that they would come repair the mess but nothing was done. Would not recommend. They take advantage of women and elders.

They did a beautiful job the only problem I had was they left the gate open when they left and my dog was tied in the backyard and she could have got out cuz she gets off her leash sometimes. And they left a lot of Staples those big metal Staples all over the place that I had to pick up so my dog wouldn't step on him or chew on him or my granddaughter wouldn't step on him. After the completion of my asphalt roofing, I would like the recommend the services of COBEX Construction Group. Once I meet with Daniel and he discussed in detail what needed to be completed to put my roof in top top shape.I liked the pictures of the current condition and he gave me the feeling that COBEX wanted to do the job I needed. Wether it be a brother handling the coating, a father installing kitchens, a father managing the painting or a the wife doing the accounting. Is Quality Guaranteed?

Our team try’s its best to give you the best experience possible. “Do It Once. Do It Right” was chosen as our motto for a reason. There are production managers in place to ensure all the projects get installed with as little resistance and problems as possible. However at the end of the day not everyone is perfect and for any reason something isn’t satisfying, we will investigate your concerns and help you as much as we can.

For the most part.

Estimates are free for 99% of our products and services . The only times a fee would be charged is for consulting and providing the plans on a room addition or for a custom home. Also for any estimates that are further away and outside of our usual 50 mile radius.
