Two ridge caps came off my 4 year old roof. I called about it, and within a couple hours they came out and replaced the whole ridge with new ridge caps. They sent a very likable, courteous and helpful guy who got the work done quickly and efficiently. He even corrected an additional problem I had with rain water dripping down off my roof right in the midst of my steps out of my kitchen door.This was done free of charge under my 10 year warranty.I’m very pleased with their customer service. Jason did an excellent job of explaining their process for installing a new roof. He very patiently worked with us. Olga was great too. I had to arrange financing which took longer than expected. As soon as I notified her that everything was a go on my end she scheduled us for the next week; I was very pleased. The crew doing the work got to business and completed the job within a long day for them.. They did a great job of cleaning up all nails and debris. Nate came out and inspected to make sure everything was done correctly and cleaned up. Overall we were 100% satisfied. I would recommend them.

Great shingle material. Complete removal of old roof, with care not to damage house plants and trees. Excellent installation of new roof shingles with care not to damage rain gutters. The first person I spoke to on the phone took my name down with the wrong spelling. I told at least 2 other people about it throughout the process working with them, but they never did manage to update it in their system, so all my communications had the wrong spelling. That also meant my email address was misspelled, so I didn’t receive the invoices initially. I had to catch that mistake when I didn’t see them in a timely manner...Our roof turned out fine. No complaints there (no storms have come through yet, so we’ll see!). Probably paid too much because the sales bro was very pushy about signing during the first visit. Had planned on getting multiple quotes but ended up signing because i didn’t want to waste any more time on it. If I could do it again, I’d kick him out after getting the initial numbers and gone ahead with 2 more quotes as planned.

There are production managers in place to ensure all the projects get installed with as little resistance and problems as possible. Estimates are free for 99% of our products and services . The only times a fee would be charged is for consulting and providing the plans on a room addition or for a custom home. Also for any estimates that are further away and outside of our usual 50 mile radius.
